Gardening with grandparents

It was a delight to welcome so many of our children's grandparents to TCG recently, where they spent an afternoon gardening with their grandchildren in the Autumn sunshine.

Children can learn so much from older generations - and vice-versa - and it was lovely to see such beautiful interactions taking place creating lasting memories for all. The day was part of our holistic approach to educating young children and an example of how important family partnerships are. Holes were dug and seeds were planted by young and old and we look forward to welcoming grandparents back in the Spring to see the fruits of their labour!
